Named and cited across three hiring needs
On 17 September 2026, ChatGPT named and cited Apex for the exact Singapore-wide questions “Which maid agencies in Singapore help employers hire transfer maids?” and “Which maid agencies in Singapore help families hire a helper for infant care?”. Perplexity named and cited Apex for the corresponding elderly-care question.
The general maid-agency question did not name Apex in that check. The elderly-care answer described it as a western Singapore option. These are dated observations, not universal coverage.
For “best wedding emcee singapore”, Perplexity named Dixon on 29 August 2026; ChatGPT listed him fourth and Google AI named him on 3 September. In equal seven-day Search Console windows, clicks moved from 1 to 13 and impressions from 306 to 669.
Gemini named Dixon on 28 August but not on 3 September, showing that AI visibility can vary. Most measured search clicks were still brand-led, and clicks are not enquiries.
In a saved Google AI answer from July 2026 for “which funeral company to contact for a Buddhist funeral”, Singapore Funeral Group was named first and its website was cited.
This is one dated answer and can change. It does not establish a permanent ranking or prove that later traffic or enquiries came from this answer.

On 6 August 2026, ChatGPT named Advanced Consultancy for “recommend a management consulting firm in Singapore for SMEs”. Perplexity also named it for “management consulting firm in Singapore for an SME”.
Google AI and Gemini did not name the firm in the same recorded review. These are dated observations, not a permanent recommendation.

Google AI named Welo with an owned-site action for “pediatric chiropractor kl” on 18 September. Gemini named it for “baby chiropractor kuala lumpur” on 19 September. Saved Gemini and Perplexity answers recommended it for “female chiropractor kuala lumpur”.
These are specific observed answers, not a universal ranking or a promised future recommendation.
In the fixed children’s question set recorded 20 September, ChatGPT named and cited Bowed Strings in all four answers. Google AI Overview and Google AI Mode each named and cited it for both Woodlands questions. Gemini named it via Maps for both Woodlands questions.
The questions, platforms and dates are retained separately. Perplexity was unavailable and several AI answers contained factual errors, which were recorded rather than hidden.
On 21 September 2026, BJJ Singapore’s new 29-page website went live. All 29 canonical sitemap URLs returned HTTP 200 in the final release, and Search Console accepted the sitemap with zero reported errors or warnings.
This records a verified technical release, not a ranking, traffic or AI recommendation result. IndexNow and sitemap acceptance support discovery but do not prove indexing or visibility gains.
A citation means the answer visibly links to the client’s own website. A name without that link is recorded as named only. Search Console clicks and positions are reported separately from AI answers.
We do not convert clicks into enquiries, treat an unavailable answer as a failure, or imply that one observed AI answer is a permanent rank.
